Midland Brewing Company asked for a cartoon styled illustration inspired by Fabian “Saginaw Joe” Fournier. Fabian worked as a lumberjack in the tri-city area and eventually became the central model for the Paul Bunyan Legend. The beer’s name ended up being called Fabian Fournier Peanut Butter Porter. The beer was released in Fall 2018.
